The Playersonly Web Site Leaves Much to Be Desired

Playersonly, a terrible place to gamble online, has a user-unfriendly interface. Among my complaints are:
1. Long load times
2. Complicated navigation structure
3. Unfriendly cashier pages
4. No easy to use display for viewing bets that you've already placed
5. Options for parlaying bets are either hard to find or else impossible
6. Tacky pictures of scantily-clad women. This can make it awkward to load the page in certain places, like at work. Additionally, the women aren't even very attractive.

Contrast Playersonly with SportsInteraction which offers a much cleaner, more professional site for gambling online. They have a well-designed site, make it easy to parly any bets offered on their site, and post your current wagers in an easy-to-reach area.

Playersonly's Customer Service Fails to Help

Consider the following sequence of events:
1. I request a withdrawal through Neteller.
2. I receive a confirmation of my request to withdraw money from Playersonly.com, the worst gambling site online, via Neteller.
3. I then receive an email stating that my CHECK has been mailed to me. WHAT?!? Did I not request payment via Neteller as stated above.
4. I contact customer service and note that I did not request money by check and, since I have moved and they do not allow you to change your address online, I won't receive that check.
5. Customer service informs me that they will change my address but that they cannot stop the process of cutting the check.
6. I update my address with customer service and ask that they take action since I will not receive any check that they send.
7. I receive an email stating that my check has been mailed (to the old address).
8. I again contact customer service and note that there is a problem.
9. Customer service stops replying to me.

Conclusion: Playersonly has poor customer service!

Note: I later noticed that if you actually request withdrawal by check, Playersonly confirms your mailing address. If, however, they suddenly switch your payout request from Neteller to check without your confirmation or approval, there is no such process. Bastards.

On this blog, I will attempt to explain why I think that Playersonly.com is definitely a bad place to gamble online. Whether you want to gamble on sports or play in an online casino, Playersonly.com is not the place you want to do so.
